You are investing in your business and I am beyond thankful you are considering me to be your private editor. I take this job seriously and will treat your images as my own.

Nicole will send you a Dropbox folder where your active galleries will live. The Dropbox folder will have two folders (To Edit and Edited) and two pdf guides (how to prepare/export LR gallery and how to apply edits to LR gallery).
Once you have exported your LR gallery, you will upload it to your “to edit” folder and email Nicole that it is uploaded with any notes. Example of notes:
-Anchors are marked as red
-Please cull to around 100
-I had lighting issues with the last pose, please feel free to adjust edits
When Nicole receives the gallery, she will let you know if the turnaround time will be longer than the typical 3-5 business days.
Once Nicole has edited the gallery, she will upload the .zip folder to your “edited” folder and email you that it is done.
Galleries will be deleted from Dropbox after 1 month.
Nicole will send invoices on the 1st and 15th of the month.
Payments are due within 2 weeks of the invoice date.
Feedback is always welcome as it will help Nicole do her job of matching your edits better.

Culling and Lightroom Color Correction are my typical offerings but I understand that some photographers want a little more magic in their editing workflow with masking options.
Masking is now available at an additional fee.*
*Masking prices will be applied to the whole gallery unless they are marked in the gallery and noted in the email.

Some clients have me cull the whole gallery, while others partially cull their sessions (either personally or with an AI software) and have me do the final culling.

$.55/image (includes LR color corrections plus 2 masks (AI subject or sky, radial, or gradient only)
$1.25/image (includes LR color corrections plus 5 masks (any type)

An anchor image is simply a photo that is edited. I will use the settings on your anchor images as a reference to match your other images in the gallery. By using anchor images, you as the photographer keep creative control of your edits to make sure they look exactly as if you edited them.
At this time, I am not adding clients without anchor images. This can be revisited in the future.
If you mark the images that need masking and note that in your gallery email, you will only be charged the masking fee for those images. Because it takes me additional time to mark those to invoice separately, if you do not mark the images the whole gallery will be invoiced with masks.
Yes, the minimum for culling is $10 and the minimum for Lightroom edits is $20.
